They are the perfect memoirs of beautiful relations, they are cute reminders of beautiful times and they are the most amazing gifts for a memory-lover mom! Picture frames are a beautiful décor item, also they add glory and a touch of personalization to your gift. Put a beautiful picture of your mother and you and a wonderful gift will be ready!

THEME: What we have shown here is a stone painted with galaxy theme. Couldn’t think of a better idea for mothers who are indeed the universe of a child! So, go ahead and learn how to make this beautiful frame in a giffy!

Supplies needed:

Step 1: Assemble all the supplies required for the project.

Step 2: Paint the stone all black for the base colour.

Step 3: Start dabbing other colours on the stone with an sponge brush as shown in the video. Starting with the darkest i.e. dark blue, we’ll move on to blue then purple then dark pink then light pink and lastly white. Dabbing is to be done leaving some black as it is.

Step 4: The dabbing for the white colour is to be done with a small brush as it is to be done in a small portion.

Step 5: Dry spray paint the white colour with very less water with an old toothbrush to give a sprinkling effect.

Step 6: Make the moon and sparkling stars with white colour with a brush. Number of stars to be made depends on the size of the stone. The stone is all painted and ready!

Step 7: Roll the taped wire around any round marker or pen to create two rings for holding the photograph.

Step 8: Roll the other end of the wire around the stone and lock it.

Step 9: Put the picture on the loop created in the wire and voila, your frame is done!!!

Enjoy!
